Medison™ was founded in 1995, in Jönköping, Sweden. The first products and services were based around Internet, Media and Education. The most known were Edison, Planeten, Pejlaren and SQUID. The Edison Magazine was one of the first online magazines ever on the Internet. The Medison™ Founder was a significant Keynote Speaker during the 1990's, always ahead and with Scientific Education ideas and Information Technology experience. Between the years 1995 and 2000 Medison™ had close partnership with several Universities in Europe. Medison™ was the first company in Sweden offering university-based courses in IT, HTML and multimedia on campus already in 1995. The company expanded to other countries with spin-off companies, all founded and lead by the Medison™ management team. Intelligentia International™, Swedish Keys™, United Keys™ and Freelance Agency™ just to name a few. Medison™ has had close partnership with companies such as Apple and Ericsson as well as governmental departments such as the Swedish National Agency for Education, the National Institute for Working Life and the Swedish Transport Agency. |
By the year of 2001 Medison™ expanded to Silicon Valley in California. Medison™ became not only a producer of products and services but also developer of new, innovative patented products. In July 2007 Medison™ launched the laptop called Medison Celebrity™. In media it was named the world's cheapest laptop since the price was only $150. Medison™ was falsely accused for putting up this as a scam, but in August 2007 the managers held a press conference showing the actual laptop as well as an existing organization behind the product. Medison™ was later acknowledged for having the vision and that it had predicted the use of netbooks. The prices of laptops also have been dropping since the introduction of the affordable laptop. Today Medison™ has continued being a Visionary Company with several divisions offering future products and services. We work in Space projects with people from organizations such as NASA and Scientists from International Universities. Our latest launch is the MecAdemi™, a Distance Learning platform connecting Students and Mentors during the global COVID19 pandemic crises. Much more is to come. |
